Expert review and auditing of budgets to optimise value, and ensure building maintenance costs are kept within agreed parameters, and well-informed planning of CAPEX/OPEX for the building
Regular by-law enforcement and reporting of breaches to Strata
Monthly and annual building management reports outlining all tasks completed, maintenance outcomes, current issues, recommendations, and future goals
Regular tendering of preventative maintenance contracts to achieve best possible value for money outcomes for Owners Corporations
Co-ordination of annual servicing and certification pertaining to fire and other critical infrastructure
Ability to manage large capital works in conjunction with the Strata Manager
Regular updates pertaining to Defect Management, Contractor Management, and WH&S management on-site
Attendance of all Strata Committee
& AGM meetings
