Our Managing Director – Mite Domazetovski
Mite leads Structure Building Management. Having worked in the industry for more than two decades, Mite has developed an in-depth knowledge of construction and property development, giving him an insider’s edge and invaluable experience to share with his team. Most importantly, Mite understands the value of great client experiences and embeds a people-first approach into every part of Structure’s service.
Regional Manager
The Regional Manager is tasked with easing the workload of the Operations Manager by assisting the Building Managers in their geographical area. The Regional Manager is also a point of contact for any assistance that our Building Managers might require, and at times will fill for Building Managers when they are on leave.
Operations Manager – Sam Agha
Sam has over 19 years of rewarding experience in the hospitality/building industry. His knowledge and skills are second to none, covering customer service, supervising, planning quality control, administration and organising maintenance. Sam excels when it comes to working with service providers and tenants for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Naturally, Sam’s expertise means he is the first point of contact if any Building Manager is experiencing problems or issues that are out of the ordinary.
Practice Manager
Our Practice Manager assists with back-of-house admin tasks, which frees up time for our Building Managers to focus on the needs of the residents. The Practice Manager also acts as our head staff trainer and our Human Resources manager.
We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to the unique environment of every building in our portfolio. Creating welcoming atmospheres for every resident is key so we’ve built a team of multi-lingual Property Managers that makes giving a great service even easier. Our team can speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic.
