As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we wanted to share the story behind our refreshed brand identity. This rebrand is not just cosmetic — it’s a strategic move to position us for the future while staying true to our core values.

Central to our new brand identity is a dynamic and thoughtfully designed logo, inspired by buildings, places, and communities. It’s a visual representation of our commitment to building strong communities and a powerful symbol of the Bright & Duggan of today and tomorrow.

However, this rebrand goes beyond a new logo; it represents who we are and where we are going. It embodies our dedication to continually improve and enhance the customer experience, and honour our strong family values that have been the foundation of our success for nearly 50 years.

          

Evolution of the Brand

At the core of this transformation are three unwavering principles: People, Buildings, and Community. We took a journey back to our roots, assessed our present, and mapped out where we wanted to be in the future.

People – buildings are filled with real lives and stories. Often these buildings are our clients’ largest asset and the decisions the owners’ committee / body corporate make can have a significant impact on their lives. Our goal is to bring value and efficiency that can make a difference.

Buildings – whether modern or historical, we want to allow each building to reach its best potential, ensuring it fulfils its requirements both as a home and as an asset.

Community – we believe in the power of connection. Our aim is to build communities and enhance relationships with the communities we manage. Life often needs a village, and we want to help build that supportive, connected environment.
